You may return many products within 30 days of your
product's shipping date, certain exceptions apply and more
information can be found on the product page for the item in
question if there is an exclusion. After 30 days, or if you
need
Technical Support, Warranty information, Product Manuals or
Repair Locations please contact the manufacture directly. |

All returns must include a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type,
will be accepted without a RMA number. Please provide the
following information when emailing for a RMA number:
customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature
of the problem. |

All products to be returned must be sent within 30 days from
the date of shipment, 100% complete, in BRAND NEW condition,
and must include original packing material, manuals,
blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the
manufacturer.

missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories or
there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit

products will be accepted directly by
AudioVideo
Deals for credit or exchange within 30 days from the
date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please
return the whole product, including all manuals and
accessories, in the original packaging. (We will only accept
a return or exchange of an exchange order up to 14 days) |

In cases the
item is defective the customer responsible for return
shipping. We realize that it is not the customers fault if a
product is defective, but please understand it is not our
fault if a product is defective -- we ship what our
distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we
share the shipping costs associated with a return
replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and
we will pay to ship the replacement. We cannot offer our
everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling
return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit
for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non
refundable. |

refund you for any Non-Defective unopened item for any
reason (shipping not included), excluding the merchandise
